HOUSE REMINDERS AND RULES

PLEASE:
- NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
- Brush sand off outside – there is a hose out back to wash sand off people
and pets before entering the house. - Close the cover of the grill after each use.
- The blankets, sheets and towels in the house are NOT for beach use; please bring your own beach blankets and towels.
- If you use the fireplace, please be careful! We provide a DuraFlame log for each night’s stay however you can purchase bundles of firewood at Larry’s Grocery (in Rockaway), at Fred Meyer (in Tillamook), or you may want to bring some firewood from home. You do not need a permit to have a campfire on the beach.
- There are extra blankets in each of the bedrooms and sheets in the hall dresser. Dishes for your pets are in the cabinet to the right of the microwave.
- We provide 3-4 parking spaces in front of the beach house; please do NOT park on our neighbor’s property and if strangers are parking in our parking spaces, please call us immediately.
- We have a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and a collection of books and games.
- We rarely have to keep any portion of our guest’s security deposit. Everyone is really respectful about following the rules and reminders. Please remember to strip the sheets off the beds that you used, take out the garbage (located behind the house), and start the dishwasher before you check-out.
